Greek tourism agencies at the FITUR exhibition in Madrid

Represented by FedHATTA and HATTA, Greek tourism agencies made a strong showing at the international tourism exhibition FITUR in Madrid, which took place from 22 to 26 January.
FITUR offers a great opening particularly to the Spanish market, which is considered important for Greek tourism. At the same time, the exhibition was an opportunity for Greek tourism to also intensify its contact with Spanish-speaking markets worldwide. FedHATTA and HATTA participated in the exhibition through the GNTO pavilion, as part of their initiatives aimed at creating new partnerships and business relationships between Greek tourism agencies and European tourism markets.
Through their participation in the Madrid exhibition, Greek travel agencies explored new commercial prospects in the Spanish market, exchanged views with their counterparts from international markets, were informed about the latest trends in the global travel industry and gained insight into the pulse of demand and the latest trends in the expectations of modern travelers.
This year’s FITUR exhibition had 9,500 companies participating, 156 countries and 884 key exhibitors, including 101 countries with official representation, spread over 9 halls at the IFEMA MADRID exhibition center.
